With a wide range of experience supporting individuals, couples, and groups, Ranita helps clients work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, low self-worth, relationship struggles, and life transitions.

Whether you're navigating complex emotional patterns or trying to break free from old cycles, Ranita offers a grounded, supportive space to begin your healing.

Theoretical Orientation

My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT)
  • Trauma-informed care
  • Attachment Theory

And also integrating:

  • Attachment Theory
  • Holistic Therapy
  • Christian Counseling upon request
  • Marital & Premarital Counseling

These approaches are tailored to meet the specific emotional, relational, and spiritual needs of each individual and are intended to address the whole person.

Taking into account your emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual well-being, you will explore how past experiences, including childhood trauma and family patterns, may be influencing present-day behaviors, emotions, and relationships. The goal is not only to support insight, but to offer practical strategies for change that align with your values and long-term goals.

Using a blend of Reality Therapy, CBT, DBT, and EFT, you will be empowered to reconnect with your authentic self, improve emotional regulation, and build secure relationships.

**Faith-based/Christian counseling upon request for clients who wish to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process.
